Toshiba battery must be re-installed every 3-4 weeks and allowed to fully discharge. The very first thing to learn is that it loses slightly its load permanently even unless you use it. More the temp in the battery is, more quickly it discharges. Hence to preserve your own battery as fresh as possible is one thing to do.
